Winter Season Operations

During the winter season, our Visitor Centre welcomes you at select times for exclusive guided tours led by our dedicated animal care team. To ensure an incredible experience, please make your bookings at least two weeks in advance. For your safety and the wellbeing of our animals, all visits must be accompanied by a guide, as self-guided tours are not available.
