Winter Season Operations

During the winter season, our Sanctuary and Visitor Centre will not be open for self-guided tours until February 14th due to ongoing renovations and to prioritize the care of our animals. However, you can still experience the sanctuary through our exclusive guided tours, which are available by booking in advance. For your safety and that of our animals, all visits must be accompanied by a guide. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a memorable experience.
