The Sanctuary (open seasonally) is home to Little Grey and Little White and proudly features Iceland’s only Puffin Rescue Centre, along with a local species aquarium. As a non-profit organisation, all ticket sales directly support the care and wellbeing of Little Grey, Little White, our rescued puffins, and the many other animals we look after.

Our puffin hospital is temporarily closed to visitors as the sanctuary undertakes important renovation work.
These upgrades are designed to enhance the habitat and facilities for the puffins, ensuring their continued well-being and comfort. We appreciate your understanding and support during this period.
